(mil trescientos sesenta y dos millones tres pesos 00\/100 moneda nacional). Acciones y resoluciones al respecto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II.<\/strong> Designaci\u00f3n de delegados que, en su caso, formalicen y den cumplimiento a las resoluciones adoptadas por la Asamblea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUISITOS DE ASISTENCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los Tenedores que deseen asistir a la Asamblea deber\u00e1n entregar a m\u00e1s tardar el d\u00eda h\u00e1bil anterior a la fecha de la celebraci\u00f3n de la misma: (i) la constancia de dep\u00f3sito que expida la S.D. Indeval Instituci\u00f3n para el Dep\u00f3sito de Valores, S.A. de C.V., (ii) el listado de titulares que al efecto expida el intermediario financiero correspondiente, en su caso, y (iii) de ser aplicable, la carta poder firmada ante dos testigos para hacerse representar en la Asamblea o, en su caso, el mandato general o especial suficiente, otorgado en t\u00e9rminos de la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable, en las oficinas del Representante Com\u00fan ubicadas en av. Paseo de la Reforma n\u00fam. 284, piso 9, col. Ju\u00e1rez, Cuauht\u00e9moc, C.P. 06600, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a la atenci\u00f3n de C\u00e9sar David Hern\u00e1ndez S\u00e1nchez, Sa\u00fal Omar Orejel Garc\u00eda y\/o Erika L\u00f3pez Calder\u00f3n, en el horario comprendido de las 10:00 a las 15:00 horas y de las 16:30 a las 17:30 horas, de lunes a viernes, a partir de la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n de la presente convocatoria.
